Die PDF-Anwendung wird erst dann als Datenquelle im Teilen-Dialog von Teams angezeigt, wenn sie bereits auf Ihrem Apple Gerät geöffnet ist. 
Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:

  1. Falls Sie Teams im Vollbild-Modus ausführen, wechseln Sie in den Fenster-Modus.

  2. Öffnen Sie nun das PDF, das Sie teilen möchten.

  3. Rufen Sie nun den Teilen-Dialog in MS Teams auf und wählen Sie das PDF aus.

Bitte beachten Sie:

  • Das 

    Das Anwendungsfenster

     mit

     mit dem geöffneten PDF muss sich auf demselben Desktop-Bereich (Apple spricht von "spaces") befinden, auf dem Teams ausgeführt wird. MS Teams scheint Anwendungsfenster in anderen Spaces nicht zu erkennen.

  • Verwenden

    Sie 

    Sie Mission Control (oder wischen Sie mit 3 bzw. 4 Fingern nach oben), um Ihre Spaces zu verwalten.

Share PDF document via screen sharing

The PDF application will not appear as a data source in the Teams Share dialog until it is already open on your Apple device. 
Proceed as follows:

  1. If you are using Teams in full-screen mode, switch to windowed mode.

  2. Now open the PDF that you want to share.

  3. Then, open the Share dialog in MS Teams and select the PDF.

Please note:

  • The application window with the open PDF must be on the same desktop space (Apple refers to "spaces") where Teams is running. MS Teams does not seem to recognize application windows in other Spaces.

  • Use Mission Control (or swipe up with 3 or 4 fingers) to manage your Spaces.
