Dabei dürfte es sich um einen derzeit bestehenden Bug handeln (Stand: 23. April '21). Eine temporär funktionierende Lösung besteht darin, das eingehende Videosignal zu deaktivieren und anschließend wieder zu aktivieren. Die entsprechende Einstellung befindet sich in einem aktiven Call bei den weiteren Aktionen ("..."), anschließend einfach die Option "eingehendes Video (de)aktivieren" auswählen.

Meeting participant no longer visible, despite active webcam
This is probably a bug that currently exists (as of April 23, '21). A temporary working solution is to disable the incoming video signal and then re-enable it. The corresponding setting can be found in an active call in the further actions ("..."), then simply select the option "Turn off incoming video".
