Raumbuchungen werden für die Lehre sowie für Veranstaltungen an der WU benötigt. IT-SERVICES entwickelt dafür die Software-Anwendung "rooms". Für Raumbuchungen sind das Sicherheits- und Veranstaltungsmanagement und das VR Lehre und Studierende organisatorisch zuständig und entscheiden gemeinsam über den Funktionsumfang.

Für die Raumbuchung werden u.a. folgende Funktionen angeboten:

• Projektraum/Carrell buchen für Studierende

• Raumbuchung für Lehrende an der WU

Room bookings are required for teaching as well as for events at the WU. IT-SERVICES has developed the Software application "rooms". For room reservations the Security and Event Management as well as the VR for Academic Programs and Student Affairs are organizationally responsible and decide about the functional scope together.

For room booking, the following services are offered:

• Book a project room / Carrell for students

• Room booking for WU teachers
