Bei der Erstellung Ihres Teams haben Sie ein Ablaufdatum setzen müssen, welches sich max. auf ein Jahr beschränkt. Sie können jederzeit als Teambesitzer*in Ihres Teams die Frist verlängern, allerdings immer nur um ein weiteres Jahr ab dem jeweils aktuellen Datum.
Nähert sich ein Team der eingetragenen Ablauffrist, erhalten alle Teambesitzer*innen eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung, dass das Team demnächst gelöscht wird und eine Verlängerung der Frist notwendig ist.
Um das Team länger zu nutzen, verlängern Sie das Ablaufbatum im Controlpanel. Wählen Sie im Menüpunkt Mein Teams → Übersicht. Eine Liste der Teams wird angezeigt, die Sie als Teambesitzer*in verwalten können. Klicken Sie auf das Stiftsymbol neben dem jeweiligen Team, welches Sie bearbeiten möchten. Vergeben Sie ein neues Ablaufdatum - dies kann max. 365 Tage in der Zukunft liegen.

Expiration date of a team
When you created your team, you had to set an expiration date, which is limited to a maximum of one year. As the team owner of your team, you can extend the deadline at any time, but only for another year from the current date.
If an extension is necessary because you have not yet extended your expiration date, then all team owners of the team will receive an email notification that the team will soon be deleted and that an extension of the deadline is necessary.
You extend the expiration date in the Controlpanel application. Click on "My teams" on the left and then on "Overview". A list of the teams for which you are a team owner will appear. Click on the pencil icon next to the team you want to edit and set a new expiration date (max. 365 days into the future).
