Claim
WU provides a workplace computer to each employee. Basically, you can choose between a laptop (= laptop computer, monitor, docking station, keyboard, mouse) and if there is a justified need, a standard device (= PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse).
Acquisition
After deciding on the type of device (laptop computer or workstation PC, see section Claim above), you can submit the order via Service Desk.
Repair
In case of a hardware defect, please submit a support request with a clear description of the problem. An employee of IT-SERVICES will get in touch with you and help you with the problem. Usually, defects can be solved in cooperation with our contracting parties within 48 hours. If the repair takes longer, a replacement device will be provided.
