The client application should update itself when you connect to WU.
To be sure, check that your app version matches the version number in the Controlpanel application: Controlpanel > Other WU services > VPN at WU. The version number of the installed app is displayed in the About ("Über") menu.

Access the Settings menu.
On the General ("Allgemeine") Connenctions tab, in the Manage Portals section, select the displayed portal address. Then click the Delete button (see image below).
In the same window, click the Add button.
Enter vpn.wu.ac.at as the correct portal address and click OK.
Please restart your device.
When establishing a VPN connection again, use the login data described in the Establishing a VPN connection section.
