Die Voicemailbox für Festnetztelefone wird nach dem Eintragen einer neuen Mitarbeitern bzw. eines neuen Mitarbeiters im WU Directory automatisch erstellt. WU Diensthandys verfügen über eine eigene Voicemailbox beim Mobilfunktbetreiber.

Funktionen der Voicemailbox

• Sie kann mit einem persönlichen Begrüßungstext besprochen werden.

• Das Hinterlassen einer Nachricht soll aktiviert sein.

• Die Benachrichtigung über den Eingang einer Nachricht wird am Telefonapparat durch die rote Message Waiting LED angezeigt.

The voice mailbox for workplace telephones is automatically set up after entering a new employee in the WU directory.
WU employee cell phones are equipped with voice mailboxes provided by their mobile network operators.

Functions of the voice mailbox:

• You can have your own personal voicemail greeting.

• Activate the function for leaving a message.

• The red Message Waiting LED on your workplace telephone indicates that there is a new message; 
  you will also get an email with the voice message attached.
