Sie werden via E-Mail über eine neue Nachricht auf Ihrer Voicemailbox verständigt. Durch Drücken der "Kuvert"-Taste am Cisco-Apparat oder durch Wählen von 919 können Sie eingegangene Nachrichten abfragen. Sie können die eingegangene Nachricht auch über die Verknüpfung in der E-Mail-Benachrichtigung am PC abhören.

Möchten Sie von einem anderen Telefon (egal ob innerhalb der WU oder von extern) Ihre Voicemailbox abhören, so wählen Sie 01/31336 919, Ansage abwarten, <Ihre Durchwahl> und # eingeben. Vom WU Diensthandy rufen Sie bitte einfach 80919 an.

Das System fordert sie nun auf, Ihren Sicherheitscode gefolgt von der # Taste einzugeben. Das Sprachspeichersystem teilt Ihnen dann mit, ob und wie viele Nachrichten für Sie vorliegen. Erforderliche Eingaben werden Ihnen akustisch mitgeteilt.

If someone leaves a message for you on your voice mailbox, you will get an automatic email notification. You can check your voicemail by either pressing the button with the “message icon” on your Cisco phone or by dialing 919. You can equally access your voice mailbox via the email notification on your computer.

If you want to access your voicemail on another telephone (either from inside the WU or from outside), dial 01/31336 919, wait for the voice prompts, then enter <your extension> and #. When using your employee cell phone, just call 80919.

The system will now tell you to enter your security code and then to press the # button. A digital voice will tell you if and how many messages you have got. Again voice prompts will give you the necessary instructions.
