IT-SERVICES entwickelt Software-Anwendungen für die zentrale Verwaltung der WU. Im Bereich SAP werden Datenanbindungen zu weiteren Systemen (s.u.) entwickelt und gewartet. Zusätzliche Erweiterungen können über einen Softwareantrag vom VR Personal genehmigt werden.

SAP wird vorwiegend für folgende Zwecke und interne Anwendungsfälle eingesetzt:

• Urlaube (automatisierte Abwesenheitsverwaltung)

• Lehraufnahmebestätigungen (Vortragendenportal)

• Dienstreisen > Personalverrechnung Intranet

• Entgeltnachweis

Hilfestellungen und Informationen zu den Anwendungen erhalten Sie auf den Web- und Intranetseiten des jeweils zuständigen Bereiches.

IT-SERVICES develops software applications for the central administration of the WU. In the area of SAP, data connections to other systems (see below) are developed and maintained. Additional extensions require a software request and the approval of the VR staff.

SAP is primarily used for the following purposes and internal applications:

• Vacations (automated vacation time administration)

• Lehraufnahmebestätigungen (Lecturer portal)

• Business Trips > Intranet page Payroll Office Intranet

• Electronic pay slip

You will find support and information about the applications on the web- and intranet pages of the unit/division in charge.
