Die Telefonanlage der WU ist ein Cisco Callmanager, es werden derzeit ca. 2100 aktive "Voice-over-IP" (VoIP) Telefonapparate damit verwaltet. Die Arbeitsplatz-Telefone sind am Netzwerk der WU angeschlossen, jedes Telefon verfügt über eine eigene Voicemail .

Immer erreichbare Notrufe
Notruf-Nummern sind von jedem Arbeitsplatztelefon erreichbar - unabhängig davon, ob ein Benutzer angemeldet ist oder nicht.
112 Euro-Notruf – einheitliche europäische Notrufnummer

133 Polizei
141 Ärztenotdienst (siehe: Ärztefunk Wien)
144 Rettung
Wichtig:
Verständigen Sie bei Notfällen bitte auch immer die WU Sicherheitszentrale (DW 4000), damit die Rettungskräfte Zufahrt zum Campus erhalten und eingewiesen werden.

Workplace Telephones
WU's telephone system is a Cisco Call Manager, which currently manages about 2100 active "Voice over IP" (VoIP) telephones. These workplace telephones are connected to the WU network. Each phone has its own Voicemail .

Emergency services always available
The following emergency services are available on any workstation phone - regardless of whether a user is logged in or not.
112 - European emergency number
122 - Fire Brigade and Rescue Services
133 - Police
141 - Ärztefunk Wien (=general practitioners giving advice via telephone from 7:00pm to 7:00am)
144 - Medical Emergency and Ambulance Services
Important:
In case of an emergency, also always notify the WU Security Center (ext. 4000) so that emergency personnel can get access to the buildings on campus and find their way quickly.
