Auf den von IT-SERVICES bereitgestellten Computern (Arbeitsplatz-PCs und -Notebooks) sind bereits die gängigsten Programme und Anwendungen installiert.
Zusätzliche Software können Sie selbst über das Software Center bzw. Unternehmensportal beziehen. Dort nicht aufgeführte Anwendungen können über den Service Desk angefordert werden. Die Beschaffung, Installation und Lizenzverwaltung erfolgt ausschließlich durch IT-SERVICES.

Software and Workplace
Computers (workstation PCs and notebooks) provided by IT-SERVICES are already equipped with standard programs and applications.
Additional software can be obtained by users themselves via the Software Center or rather Company Portal. Applications not available through the Software Center or Company Portal can be requested via service desk. Individually required software - so-called "procurement request" - must also be requested via service desk. IT-SERVICES is responsible for software acquisition, installation and license management.
