Wenn Sie ihr Mobiltelefon (Privatgerät oder Diensthandy) im Controlpanel registrieren, haben Sie die Möglichkeit ihr WU Accountpasswort selbstständig zurückzusetzen und durch den WU InfoCall über kritische Situationen informiert zu werden.

• Selbstständiges zurücksetzen eines vergessenen Passworts:
  Sollten Sie ihr Passwort vergessen haben, können Sie mit dem registrierten Mobiltelefon, dieses im Controlpanel selbstständig zurücksetzen. Details dazu finden Sie unter Account-Passwort vergessen.

• Zustellung von Informationen in kritischen Situationen:
  Über WU InfoCall erhalten Sie auf Ihr registriertes Mobiltelefon Informationen, im Fall von Infrastruktur-Störungen (Gebäude, IT-Systeme etc.). Dieses Service können Sie im Controlpanel unter > Infodienste > Info Channels aktivieren.

If you register your mobile phone (private- or business device) in the Controlpanel, you can reset your WU account password by yourself and be informed about critical situations via the WU InfoCall service.

• Independent reset of a forgotten password:
  If you have forgotten your password, you can use your registered mobile phone to reset it independently via the Controlpanel. Details can be found under Reset Forgotten Password.
  
  

• Receive informations about critical situations:
  Via WU InfoCall, you will receive notifications in the event of infrastructure disruptions (buildings, IT systems, etc.) on your registered mobile phone. You can activate this service in the Controlpanel under > Info Services > Info Channels.
