Das IT Support Center dient als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter/innen und Studierende der WU bei IT-Fragen. Hier werden Ihre Supportanfragen (via Service Desk und Hotline) entgegengenommen und im Idealfall sofort gelöst bzw. an die entsprechenden IT-Abteilungen weitergeleitet.
